How It Works

Ordering from ChapatiDash is simple, transparent, and built around freshness. Here is the full process from the moment you decide what you want to the moment the food arrives at your door.

1. Place your order
Browse the menu on our website (chapatidash.co.ke) or message us on WhatsApp / call or text 0181405765. Choose your items — plain or coconut chapatis, samosas, spring rolls, banana loaf, or a combo — and tell us your delivery location in Nairobi and preferred time.

2. We confirm the order and you pay the deposit
We review your order, confirm availability, delivery time, and total price. To lock in your order and allow us to start preparing, you pay a 50% deposit. Payment can be made via M-Pesa or the method we agree on. Once the deposit is received, your order is confirmed and scheduled.

3. We prepare your food fresh
Your snacks are made only after the deposit is confirmed. We prepare everything to order — no pre-made stock sitting around — so your chapatis, samosas, spring rolls, or banana loaf are freshly cooked and packed at the right time for delivery.

4. We deliver
Our rider brings your order to your door within the agreed window. Delivery is available across Nairobi at reasonable rates. On selected orders (for example, above a certain amount), delivery is free. You can track progress through updates we send you.

5. You pay the remaining balance
When the food arrives, you pay the remaining 50%. Check that everything is correct and hot, then complete the payment. Enjoy your freshly made snacks.
